Scott started his practice to help those who were injured due to the actions of another. His practice enables him to fight back against insurance companies and responsible parties to achieve justice. He devotes his practice to giving a voice to those who demand full and just compensation for their injuries.
Scott grew up in Miami until he attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando for his undergraduate degree. He moved back to south Florida where in 2012, he graduated cum laude from NSU - Shepard Broad School of Law. In law school he was on the board of the Nova Trial Association where he competed with students from other law schools throughout the country, and received the National Order of the Barristers due to his performance.
Scott's legal career started defending clients of insurance companies throughout the state of Florida. He received his legal training from some of the best trial attorneys in the state. This training provided him with valuable courtroom experience where learned how to prepare a case for trial. Super Lawyers recognized him as a Florida Rising Star for three years in a row for his work in handling personal injury claims and he carries a superb rating from Avvo. He has helped to recover millions of dollars for accident victims and continues to fight for justice.
Scott is a fierce advocate in the fight for just compensation for his clients wrongful death and injury claims. His approach is centered around being accessible to his clients and treating their concerns as his top priority.
